Most of the information we have about your institution can be found in the JSTOR for Librarians Administrator site. You need to have an administrator account to log in and view this information. If you don't have an administrator account yet, contact us, and we'll help you get started.
What's in this article:
Access information
You can see all of the access information we have on file for your institution on the "Account Information" page within the Administrator site.
Under "Access Methods," you can check access methods like:
- IP addresses
- Proxy URL
- Shibboleth Information
- Referring URL
Note that if we don't have any information on file for you in a given category, no information will appear, or you will see a "not provided" indicator.
It's not yet possible to update your own information on this page. To make changes to the information you see on this page, contact Support.
Usage Reports
To see usage for your institution, make sure you have an administrator account. If you don't have an administrator account, contact us, and we'll help you get started.
To access usage statistics for JSTOR:
- Log into your individual JSTOR account
- Choose "JSTOR Admin" from the drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner
- Click “Usage Statistics” to be directed to the JSTOR Admin home page.
- Choose COUNTER 5 reports
- Click on "Create/Manage report"

SUSHI credentials
You can view your institution's SUSHI information at the bottom of the "Account Information" page.
Branding
Provider Designation Statement
We offer the ability to add your institution's brand to the provider designation statement on JSTOR. To check what we currently have on file in the "Branding" section of the "Account Information" page within the Administrator site.
Open URL/Link Resolver
For content that your school doesn't have access to, JSTOR provides the ability to point your users back to your library's resources through Open URL.
You can see what customization you've asked us to enable on this page. To make changes, contact Support.
Holdings
View your institution's holdings in the "Library Holdings" page within the Administrator site.
You'll need an administrator account to view this information. If you don't have an administrator account, contact us, and we'll help you get started.
You can view your library's holdings by collection type, and you can also download your holdings as a KBART file or as an Excel. For more information about your holdings see Accessing and Downloading your Library Holdings.
