Upload EBA title selections
If your institution participates in the Evidence-Based Acquisition (EBA) program, you will need an administrative account to upload your EBA title selections. This will be available between May 15 and June 15. The acquisitions administrator at your institution will receive an email from support@jstor.org, which includes a download link for your EBA title selection file and a link to upload your completed title selection file.
To upload your EBA title selections:
- Ensure you have downloaded your EBA title selection file and make your selections.
- Follow the "Upload your selections here" link found in the JSTOR EBA title selection email sent in May.
- At the bottom of the upload page, drag and drop your completed title selection file (.xlsx) or click “Choose File” to select your title selection file from your computer.
- You will see a confirmation message that your selections have been submitted.
- After your selections have been processed, you will receive a statement from participation@jstor.org summarizing your institution's purchases within 24 hours. Large orders may take additional time to process.
If your EBA selection file does not upload correctly, you experience any errors, or you did not receive your EBA title selection file, please contact Support.
