OpenURLs (sometimes called Link Resolvers) allow databases like JSTOR to connect with your discovery service to redirect users to content they can access if access to that item via JSTOR through your institution is not available.
JSTOR supports both inbound and outbound linking on the platform.
So how do you enable the OpenURL for JSTOR? You can set up your OpenURL within your discovery service provider according to the criteria below. Once you have generated the resulting URL, all we need to enable this for your institution is the link itself.

- id=doi: XXXX - DOI (where XXXX is the ID value)
