Understanding your dashboard data
The analytics dashboard provides insight into common usage patterns across your groups.
Total article views / Total searches
See the total number of article views and searches by learners in your groups over time.
Views over time
Track usage trends over time. You can view activity over the last month, year, or all time since your group began offering JSTOR. This can help you monitor growth and engagement over time.
Views by subject
Identify which topics learners are accessing most frequently. Subjects are labeled at the journal level. To see a full list of subjects available to learners, browse by subject on JSTOR.
Views by time of day
See when learners are accessing content throughout the day and week using a 24-hour, 7-day map view. This can help you understand peak usage times.
Media review
If your facility uses individual content requests, the media review section provides a high-level overview of:
- The number of requests submitted
- How many requests were approved
- How many requests were denied
Setting a date range
Use the Date range drop-down filter to adjust the time interval displayed across all charts. You can choose to view activity from:
- Last 30 days
- Last 365 days
- All time
Changing the date range updates the entire dashboard.
